If you’re planning a visit, you may have questions. Some are answered here, but feel free to Contact Us if you don’t find what you’re looking for!

Where do you meet?

The Lee Jackson Best Western is located off I-81 on Route 50 behind the Perkins Restaurant (See Directions). If you drive to the rear parking lot, you’ll notice our sign displayed beneath an awning. Our adult & children’s gatherings are held in the conference rooms at the top of the staircase.

What should I wear?

We are more concerned about creating a place where people can connect with God and have their needs met, than about what people wear. Most people will wear casual weekend attire, so dress however you feel most comfortable, and you’ll fit right in!

What should I expect when I come out to Lifehouse Shenandoah?

Since we meet in a hotel, we have a very casual gathering. Free coffee & refreshments are set up at the back of the room- help yourself! Information is available at the welcome table, but our hospitality team would also love to meet you in person and introduce you to a few people. If there’s one thing we want to communicate, it’s that you’re welcome here and we want you to make yourself at home.

What is there for my kids? Teens?

Our main worship gathering is designed more for teenagers and adults, so we do not offer a separate Sunday morning program for teenagers. However, we have a children’s program for ages 0-11 that provides an age appropriate Biblical foundation in a fun, exciting and safe environment.  We also want parents to feel comfortable keeping their children with them in the adult service if that is their preference.

What is the service like?

Each service is unique and different, but our goal is the same: we want to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God through upbeat, contemporary worship, personal prayer, and Bible-based messages. Sometimes this includes using video clips, sharing personal stories, or even providing casual opportunities for people to share life and get to know one another.

What do you want from me?

During the service, you’ll be given the opportunity to fill out a Guest Information Card. Most people are leery about giving out their personal information, so we do our best to keep your information confidential. We usually will call you to thank you for coming out to our gathering or send you a quick letter. We also have a small gift to give you before you leave service. We won’t sell your info to advertising companies, and we won’t add you to our distribution list unless you request to be added.

I still have questions. Who can I contact?

Our lead pastor, Joel, and his wife, Kristal, would love to talk more with you about any concerns or questions you may have.  So feel free to  Contact Us!
